Please send your film, check, and your name and address in a padded mailer to:

If you desire proof of delivery, please send your film via Delivery Confirmation or Certified U.S. Mail Return Receipt Requested.  Order Form

See our News page regarding how recent tragic events may have affected mail shipment.  We recommend indicating in large type the contents of your package as "Undeveloped Photographic Film" along with "Do Not X ray".

LAB TIMES

All times are in-house times.  This excludes weekends, holidays, and transportation time.  Times may vary depending on volume and other circumstances.   We will make every effort to meet your deadline.

LIABILITY

Please read this notice.  We exercise reasonable care and precaution in handling your original materials and in film processing.  Understand that despite the best equipment, personnel, and systems to safeguard your film, accidents and errors are still possible. The receipt of any film or materials by Rocky Mountain Film Lab for processing or any other purpose constitutes an agreement by you that if such film or materials is damaged or lost by us it will be replaced with an equivalent amount of unexposed film.  Except for such replacement, the handling of such film or materials by us is without warranty or liability even if damage or loss is a result of employee negligence or other fault.
